1. Information Collected
When you provide us with personal information such as your name, email and address to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, provide customer service, settle a dispute and/or clarify an order you placed we imply that you consent to our collecting of your personal information and using it for those specific reasons only.

a. Information to provided customer service, process an order, clarify the details of an order, settle disputes.

a. Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

4. Data Retention
Any personal information we have collected from you will remain active for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.
